The University of Cuneo’s German Studies (Combined Bachelor) program offers students the unique opportunity to combine their passion for language, culture, and literature with a comprehensive education in a range of disciplines. Program Structure:
The German Studies (Combined Bachelor) program is designed to be completed in four years (eight semesters). The program consists of three main components:
- Core Language Courses: Students will develop a strong foundation in German language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
- Cultural and Literary Studies: Students will explore the history, literature, and culture of Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, including topics such as philosophy, art, music, and film.
- Interdisciplinary Modules: Students will have the opportunity to choose from a range of interdisciplinary modules that combine German Studies with other fields such as history, sociology, philosophy, and politics.
Course Structure:
Each semester typically consists of 12 credits of coursework. The program is divided into three main stages:
