Diversity – Research – Social Work (Master)

The University of Cuneo’s Master’s in Diversity, Research, and Social Work is a unique program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical skills to address the complex social issues of our time. This interdisciplinary program brings together scholars and practitioners from diverse fields to equip students with the tools and expertise necessary to drive positive change in their communities.

Program Overview:

The Master’s program in Diversity, Research, and Social Work is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of social work theory and practice, as well as research methods and statistical analysis. The program is structured around three main themes:

  1. Diversity and Inclusion: Students will explore the complexities of diversity, inequality, and social justice, examining the intersections between different forms of oppression and discrimination.
  2. Research Methods: Students will learn advanced research methods, including statistical analysis, data visualization, and qualitative research design, to critically evaluate social work research and policy.
  3. Social Work Practice: Students will develop practical skills in social work practice, including assessment, intervention, and evaluation strategies, as well as theoretical foundations of social work.

Course Structure:

The Master’s program consists of 12 modules, which are divided into three semesters. Each module includes lectures, workshops, and seminars, as well as individual assignments and group projects.
