Business Law (Master)

The University of Cuneo’s Master’s program in Business Law is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework that governs business operations. Course Structure

The Master’s program in Business Law is a two-year program that consists of 12 modules, each focusing on a specific aspect of business law. The program is divided into four semesters, with each semester lasting 5 months.

  • Semester 1: Introduction to Business Law, Contracts, and Company Law
  • Semester 2: Employment Law, Intellectual Property, and Competition Law
  • Semester 3: Corporate Governance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Securities Law
  • Semester 4: International Business Law, EU Law, and Capstone Project
